Refining the Common Future Concept
Strategic Foresight Workshop in Świnoujście. Marcin Wierzbowski and Shaheen Gaszewski recently facilitated a two-day strategic foresight workshop in Świnoujście for the Polish Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy. The session brought together Polish and German experts to refine the “Common Future Concept – Vision 2050,” focusing on cross-border cooperation and sustainable regional development.
Using scenario-based tools, our team moderated the working group’s efforts to finalize key action areas and technical guidelines for this long-term international strategy. We would like to thank all participants for their enthusiasm and engagement. Special thanks go to the Regional Office for Spatial Planning of Westpomeranian Voivodeship for hosting us.
