4CF at the Global Foresight Focal Points Initiative in Baku

We are thrilled to announce that Kacper Nosarzewski, Partner at 4CF The Futures Literacy Company, will be a featured speaker at the Global Foresight Focal Points Initiative in Baku, Azerbaijan, on July 27-28, 2026.

Organized by ICESCO’s Centre for Foresight and Artificial Intelligence (CFAI) and the ICESCO Baku Regional Office, this landmark gathering marks the official launch of the Strategic Foresight Guide – a comprehensive initiative dedicated to equipping the Islamic world for the future. As global populations shift and AI accelerates, embedding long-term strategic thinking into national governance is a critical necessity.

Kacper will participate in the “High-Level Roundtable: Foresight & Governance” panel on Monday, July 27, from 10:45 AM to 12:15 PM. The session will focus on the integration of anticipatory governance and will feature discussions alongside esteemed international experts and senior policymakers from UNESCO, the OECD, ADA University, the University of Westminster, and the Oman Airports Management Company.

This event is a vital step toward closing the capacity gap and building adaptive, resilient institutional frameworks for tomorrow’s world. We look forward to the rigorous, contextually grounded calibration exercises and the high-level dialogue to come.
