4CF and CBRE appointed strategic advisor to the Airport City project implemented under the Port Polska investment program
Warsaw – 20 March 2026 – 4CF and CBRE have been selected as the strategic advisor for the Airport City project implemented under the Port Polska investment program. The consortium will develop the vision and operating strategy for the project, whose planned gross floor area will exceed 600,000 sq m.
The 4CF and CBRE consortium will be responsible for strategic advisory services for the Airport City project carried out as part of the Port Polska investment. Together with experts in urban planning, economic forecasting and the real estate market, as well as legal advisors from Clyde & Co and specialists from Port Polska, they will work on developing the vision and operating plan for Airport City. The project’s planned gross floor area exceeds 600,000 sq m.
“Airport City has the potential to become a strategic investment not only for the new airport, but for the entire Polish economy, which is focused on investing in the latest solutions and supporting the growth of Polish companies in the technology, cybersecurity and digital data sectors. Such organizations, along with many others, may establish their headquarters there and create a new Investment Zone. Airport City will be developed in line with the latest guidelines of institutions certifying modern urban projects from a social, economic and environmental perspective,” says Joanna Mroczek, Head of Strategic Advisory at CBRE.
As part of the Airport City project, a modern, multifunctional urban district integrated with the new airport and a high-speed rail interchange hub will be developed. The investment includes the construction of modern hotels, Class A office buildings, mixed-use facilities, public spaces and industrial facilities. These will be tailored to the needs of international travelers, employees and global investors.
“Airport City is an urban development project that must be resilient to change in many respects, from geopolitics and technology to the cost of capital and changes in the use of environmental resources. That is why, together with our partners and the team of specialists from Port Polska, we will prepare a foresight study that will identify the strategic directions with the highest growth potential and translate this diagnosis into a coherent, long-term development vision,” says Kacper Nosarzewski, Partner at 4CF.
“For centuries, cities have been located at the crossroads of major trade routes. Today, as the experience of other airports shows, the development of airport areas and the use of their economic potential are an important element in building new axes of growth. In the case of the Airport City concept, which is part of the Port Polska investment, cooperation among experts and the integration of multiple stakeholders will be of key importance. They will be united by a common goal: to create a new, strong growth center in central Poland that will provide impetus for future industries and sectors, innovation, and the development of a modern economy,” says Marcin Michalski of Port Polska, Member of the Management Board of Centralny Port Komunikacyjny.
As part of the foresight process, development scenarios will be prepared for conditions of economic, geopolitical, technological and environmental volatility. The outcome of the work will be a coherent vision for the project, along with recommendations for actions supporting the development of the business ecosystem.
