4CF Annual Strategic Retreat in Poznań
As experts of the future, we know how important it is to sometimes pause and carefully plan our own steps. This week, the 4CF The Futures Literacy Company team met for our annual strategic retreat.
Over several intensive days, we debated the future of foresight, the development of our research methods, upcoming projects, and, of course, the new capabilities of our HalnyX system. However, innovations and strategies are created by people, which is why the time spent on long behind-the-scenes conversations, team integration, and dining together was equally important to us.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to the Veolia Energia Polska team for an inspiring meeting and a detailed overview of the implementations related to the energy transformation at Veolia Poznań ZEC Karolin. It is fascinating to see these changes in practice.
We also thank Port Sołacz and the Botanical Garden in Poznań for their hospitality. These are unique places in the heart of Poznań that provided us with ideal conditions for both creative work and relaxation.
