4CF Contributes to the New Report on Partner Parenting
Some social challenges cannot be contained within a single public policy, institution, or time horizon. Partner parenting is exactly such a topic.
Therefore, we are highly satisfied to share the publication of the report “The Role of Partnership in Parenting in Shaping a Society of Equal Opportunities,” which summarizes the foresight debates conducted by 4CF The Futures Literacy Company and the voices of experts invited to the project.
This is a report about the future of the family, work, care, demography, and equal opportunities. It is about how the decisions made today by local governments, public institutions, social organizations, and employers can affect the quality of life in Poland in the coming decades.
During the debates, we asked, among other questions:
- How will the roles of parents change in a world of increasing professional pressure?
- Will the care system be ready for the consequences of demographic changes?
- How can technologies support families, and where might they create new risks?
- What needs to happen for an equal division of care to become a social norm rather than an exception?
We would like to thank all the experts, debate participants, and representatives of Wrocław, Gdańsk, and Poznań for their openness, engagement, and readiness to discuss a future that begins with everyday decisions: at home, at work, and in institutions.
We congratulate the SHARE THE CARE Foundation team on this important publication and are glad we could support this process using foresight methods.
