Submit Your Solutions to the IDEALIST Hack&Match 4 Challenges
Hack&Match 4 is an IDEALIST Project EU-funded open innovation initiative connecting technology providers with real manufacturing challenges from European industry. There are 8 manufacturing challenges to tackle, representing real industrial needs and tangible collaboration opportunities.
If you are a technology provider, start-up, research centre, or innovation hub, the Call for Solutions closes on 20 March 2026. There are 8 challenges currently waiting for bold, innovative responses:
- LOIRETECH (France): 1. Automate resin impregnation for large 3D-printed components. 2. Develop a supervision system for composite infusion processes.
- STROJCAR s.r.o. (Czech Republic): 3. Build a Modular Micro Factory with CNC, robotics, and AI-driven production.
- Cero (France): 4. Auto-generate CAM toolpaths from 3D models. 5. AI-powered software for automated mold/tooling design and CAD generation.
- Continuum Innovation (Germany): 6. Find pilot partners to test a soft robotic arm in real operational environments.
- ENTRERRIOS SERVICIOS GENERALES SA (Spain): 7. Tool to automatically compare CAD/PDF drawings and validate technical requirements.
- POTEZ AERONAUTIQUE (France): 8. Improve production planning and decision-making in composite manufacturing during curing and disruptions.
