Empowering the Next Generation of Climate Leaders
We are thrilled to share the latest milestones from the Erasmus+ CLARKS project (Climate Adaptation and Resilience Key in Schools). At 4CF, we believe that imagining the future is the first step to shaping it, and that is exactly what this initiative brings to secondary classrooms.
Together with our partners at Associació CRESOL, 4CF is proud to co-lead the development of the CLARKS Card Game and Storytelling Methodology. We helped design a 32-card deck that tackles climate risks, challenges, and actionable steps. Paired with a role-play-inspired storytelling approach, it empowers students to creatively explore and identify local climate adaptation solutions in a fun, engaging way.
To turn learning into action, 30 students from Spain, Portugal, and Finland recently traveled to Brussels. There, they shared their insights on climate solutions, building crucial leadership, communication, and intercultural skills. We would like to extend our gratitude to our partners at ICATALIST S.L for driving the project’s digitalization and quality monitoring, and to the entire consortium for making this a reality.
Education and futures literacy are our most powerful tools for climate resilience. The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
