Marceli Ragan Joins Our Team
In his new role, he will be conducting strategic analyses and reporting on emerging technologies, providing substantive support for complex projects at the intersection of science and strategy, and facilitating foresight workshops with a focus on biotechnology, medicine, and defense.
Before joining 4CF, Marceli built extensive expertise in the medical biotech industry. He served as the Science Department Manager at the Medical Research Agency, as a Freelance Biotech Translator, and as a Junior Bioanalytical Specialist at Polpharma Biologics. He also brings a unique perspective on resilience and leadership as an active-duty Second Lieutenant in the Territorial Defence Forces, where he commands a platoon in the 53rd Siedlce Light Infantry Battalion.
Marceli holds an MSc in Biotechnology from the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology at the University of Gdańsk and the Medical University of Gdańsk, blending a strong scientific foundation with strategic foresight.
