Green Skills for the Future of the Agri-Food Sector

The agri-food sector is evolving to meet the challenges of sustainable development, creating a growing demand for experts ready to drive innovation and change through smart climate practices. To support this transformation, we invite you to the Geek4Food Green Skills Training Modules — one-day training sessions for those eager to gain practical skills in sustainable food systems.

Each module focuses on key areas of green innovation:

  • Optimization of Fermentation at Technological University Dublin on April 7th, 2025, in person at University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Cluj-Napoca on May 5th, 2025

  • Eco-Design of Food Packaging at Department of Food Science, AU FOOD on April 28th, 2025, online

  • Waste Utilization in Food Product Design at Università degli Studi di Teramo in collaboration with TU Dublin on June 6th, 2025, online

We welcome master’s and doctoral students (current and recent graduates) as well as professionals from the agri-food industry.
