Kacper Nosarzewski participated in a gathering of foresight professionals associated with the World Economic Forum. Kacper is a member of the Global Foresight Network WEF.

“I spent a few days last week in Geneva. Once a year, foresight experts connected to the World Economic Forum come together to talk, plan, share experiences, and respond to the questions posed by the Forum.

It was a wonderful time. We met again at the beautiful Villa Mundi, a historic building that stands as an icon of post-war modernism and was recently adapted – through great effort and investment – to host meetings like this.

The list of topics we discussed was long, and the open agenda format contributed greatly to the event’s success. It was a clear sign of the organizers’ deep trust – there was no predefined substantive agenda; instead, we co-created it each morning.
