It describes the Resilience Frontiers (RF) Initiative of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), as a unique collective intelligence process to address longterm global resilience beyond 2030.
The chapter includes the presentation of foresight, along with a description of the brainstorming sessions that took place during the Botswana Adaptation Week in August 2022 to address climate change. Also included are the concepts of climate risk management, adaptation, and decision-making in uncertain times. This chapter concludes with a presentation of organizational policies and strategic management strategies that may be used to institutionalize and sustain global resilience efforts.
