We invite you to download the SHARE THE CARE Foundation’s new publication for employers and working parents and to a series of debates dedicated to this topic.One of them, in which a new look at the division of parental leave will be discussed, will be attended by Kacper Nosarzewski from 4CF Strategic Foresight.
By August 2022, Poland will implement the work-life balance directive, which, among other things, gives fathers an individual right to parental leave, including 9 weeks of parental leave.
Are Polish parents, employers and society ready for such a change?
Can we achieve equality faster than the Scandinavian countries, drawing the right conclusions from their experience?
