The Airport City at the Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (CPK) must be a well-thought-out economic ecosystem, complete with clearly defined functions, an operating model, a legal structure, and a strategy for acquiring capital and tenants.

That is why, in our project, we started with fundamental questions:

• What needs will companies and residents have in 10, 20, and 30 years?
• Which industries will truly benefit from locating near the new transport hub?
• How can we create a space that will evolve with the market instead of becoming outdated during the implementation phase?
• How do we translate a long-term vision into concrete investment decisions made today?

Together with CBRE Poland, 4CF The Futures Literacy Company, and Clyde & Co, we are building the “operating code” for this venture by combining strategic foresight, market knowledge, legal expertise, and investment realities.
