Designing the Airport City at CPK
Designing the Airport City at CPK
The Airport City at the Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (CPK) must be a well-thought-out economic ecosystem, complete with clearly defined functions, an operating model, a legal structure, and a strategy for acquiring capital and tenants.
That is why, in our project, we started with fundamental questions:
- What needs will companies and residents have in 10, 20, and 30 years?
- Which industries will truly benefit from locating near the new transport hub?
- How can we create a space that will evolve with the market instead of becoming outdated during the implementation phase?
- How do we translate a long-term vision into concrete investment decisions made today?
Together with CBRE Poland, 4CF The Futures Literacy Company, and Clyde & Co, we are building the “operating code” for this venture by combining strategic foresight, market knowledge, legal expertise, and investment realities.
In a project planned for decades, success is not defined solely by its scale. It is defined by the ability to make the right decisions long before construction begins. We would like to thank Property Insider for showing the behind-the-scenes of this work.
