The coronavirus pandemic has accelerated many trends in all areas of human life, and entrepreneurs are also facing new challenges. The future of business in the world of dynamic changes was discussed by the participants of a debate entitled The day after tomorrow. Predicting the future of business, held at the 12th European Economic Congress in Katowice.
During the debate, Kacper Nosarzewski stated: “A 2019 report commissioned by the Ministry of Investment and Economic Development and prepared by 4CF describes a number of potential scenarios for the country’s development by 2050. One of them assumed the emergence of a global pandemic and the necessity to face its consequences. What we did not anticipate — and this is the good news — is that the COVID-19 pandemic is thankfully not quite as dangerous or costly as the one we modelled“.
