Bartosz Frąckowiak has joined the 4CF team

We are delighted to welcome Bartosz Frąckowiak, a new consultant, researcher of socio-cultural aspects of new technologies and art curator, to our team! We are sure that his unique experience and skills are a great addition to our multidisciplinary team and will help us to further develop our services and broaden the spectrum of 4CF’s projects!

 

Bartek researches the design processes of sustainable and ethical technologies, the relationship between technologies and space and the potential of ethnographic methods in exploring the future. More recently, he has been creating visions, prototypes and scenarios of possible futures. For 16 years he has collaborated with arts and cultural institutions in Poland and abroad as a theatre director, playwright and curator. 

 

He is a workshop facilitator for strategy-foresight processes. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, he has experience in coaching groups, teams and organisations from the public sector, business and NGOs. He has led workshops on change management, talent and strengths development and innovation design, among others. He develops workshop-design methodologies that combine design fiction, systemic design and future scenarios with developing organisational cultures and fostering good collaboration between groups and teams. 

 

Co-founder of Biennale Warsaw, a transdisciplinary institution operating at the intersection of art, research activity and social activism. At SWPS, he teaches classes on the socio-cultural aspects of technology and the production of artistic and cultural projects. He is a graduate of the Humanitarian Operations Programme (HOP). He works with Save the Children as one of the trainers in the Humanitarian Leadership Academy. Previously, he graduated from the Interdepartmental Individual Studies in the Humanities at the University of Warsaw and the ‘Artes Liberales’ Academy.
