In November and December, we will meet with NGOs, local governments, and public institutions in Wrocław, Gdańsk, and Poznań to jointly explore the future of family and social relations in Poland.

4CF The Futures Literacy Company will join participants of the project “Debate on the Role of Partnership in the Family in Building an Equal-Opportunity Society” as a substantive partner.

Our role will be to lead foresight workshops during which we will:

• jointly develop future scenarios related to family roles, the labor market, and demographics,
• use strategic foresight methods to better understand possible development paths,
• help participants see how the decisions made today can shape the society of tomorrow.

The workshops in each city will be led by Kacper Nosarzewski, partner at 4CF and expert in foresight and future strategy.

Meeting dates:

• November 6 – Wrocław
• November 21 – Gdańsk
• December 3 – Poznań

This will be a space for dialogue, sharing experiences, and co-creating a more equal and partnership-based future.
