At 4CF The Futures Literacy Company, we’re on a mission to create better futures, and we’re looking for a Foresight Facilitator & Analyst to join us in Warsaw or remotely.
Your Mission
- Design and lead workshops, meetings, and training sessions focused on foresight, innovation, and strategy.
- Develop scenarios, materials, and creative exercises that drive transformative thinking.
- Facilitate discussions that inspire, connect, and problem-solve across diverse groups.
- Collaborate with experts and stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in conducting group processes, both in-person and online.
- A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
- An interest in the future and a knack for fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Bonus: Background in economics, natural sciences, or engineering, and additional language skills.
