As part of the second module of the Academy of Future Leaders (Advanced Executive Program) training program, titled “Understand the Present – Modern Technologies and the Mental Health of Team Members” organised by Minds Of Hope | Instytut BezStresu in partnership with Kozminski University, one of the sessions will be led by our colleague, Anna Sacio-Szymańska – Director and Proxy at 4CF The Futures Literacy Company.

This is a unique opportunity to delve into the impact of modern technologies on mental health and to discover tools that will help you better understand and manage contemporary challenges. You can’t miss this!

Program of the second module:

  • The main goal of Module II is to discuss issues related to the impact of modern technologies and the rapidly changing world on employees’ mental health.
  • What is technostress and a short attention span? How can you manage technostress within your organisation?
  • Why is it so important to consider employees’ mental health in the workplace? 
  • How does remote work impact the mental health of our employees? 
  • Does a world filled with technology make us and our employees increasingly lonely? 
  • How can we support neurodiversity in the workplace?

Module II will be led by the following experts:

  • Dr. Anna Kieszkowska-Grudny – President and Co-founder of Minds Of Hope | Instytut BezStresu, clinical psychologist, neuropsychologist, and psychotherapist; a leader, executive coach, mentor, trainer, lecturer, and the initiator of the Academy of Future Leaders program at Kozminski University.
  • Dominika Bettman – General Manager of Microsoft in Poland, former CEO of Siemens; entrepreneur, advocate of new technologies and sustainable business; chief content consultant and lecturer for the Advanced Executive Program of the Academy of Future Leaders at Kozminski University.
  • Anna Malinowska – Head of Corporate Resilience at Ringier Axel Springer Polska, specialising in managing Corporate Resilience strategies with a particular focus on psychological support and business effectiveness; psychologist, educator, CBT psychotherapist in certification, and manager.
  • Anna Sacio-Szymańska, PhD in Management Sciences – Director and Proxy at 4CF The Futures Literacy Company. She has extensive experience in innovation management, foresight, and creating conditions for international scientific research cooperation at the intersection of science and business. She leads and participates in European and national R&D projects focused on the future.
