The “Reactivation of Real Estate” conference will take place on May 30 in Jelenia Góra.
Kacper Nosarzewski will present global megatrends, national challenges, and local responses to them. He will also present the results of the report “Foundations of the Future,” developed by 4CF The Futures Literacy Company on behalf of the Polish Association of Development Companies (PZFD) and Skanska Residential Development Poland, including three scenarios for the development industry up to the year 2027.
For the 10th time, representatives of the real estate market: developers, architects, investment funds, consulting firms, brokers, institutions with properties for sale, and the broadly understood construction sector, along with representatives of local governments responsible for land development and real estate management, will discuss the topic of giving new life to buildings and the directions of development of cities and municipalities based on a revitalization strategy.
