This year, the value of Polish food exports may increase by almost 7%, i.e., by over EUR 2 billion. The growth results from high world demand, competitive prices and high quality. Polish consumers are also willing to spend more on high-quality products. However, changing consumer expectations and technological development may lead to problems for some industries in the long term.
