Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Sopot offered us not only breathtaking views but also the perfect environment for creative work and forward-thinking. During our annual strategic offsite by the Baltic Sea, we immersed ourselves in strategic discussions, fresh ideas, and innovative approaches to foresight.
We delved into speculative design and developed projects aimed at helping organisations navigate the complex world of tomorrow. The inspiring blend of tradition and modernity that the Tri-City offers perfectly reflects the nature of our work, encouraging us to think outside the box. It was also an opportunity to envision the future in a whole new way. We worked on new strategies and refined our long-term vision for 4CF’s growth. We explored new foresight tools and created innovative projects.
Now, we’re ready to put into action the insights and ideas born in the Tri-City. The conversations, collaboration, and creativity that accompanied us have laid a strong foundation for the next steps in our journey.
