4CF Global Fellowship 2026
Applications for the second edition of our scholarship program: the 4CF Global Fellowship 2026
We are thrilled to announce the opening of applications for the second edition of our scholarship program: the 4CF Global Fellowship 2026! This unique initiative by 4CF sp. z o.o. aims to support the scientific development and research conducted by talented foreign students and doctoral candidates. We promote international academic cooperation and offer the opportunity to conduct advanced research in Warsaw, Poland.
In this edition, we particularly encourage applications from doctoral candidates whose scientific interests focus on statistics, research methodology, and data analysis, or who specialize in behavioral sciences, decision psychology, and choice architecture.
What do we offer to scholars?
Selected scholars will receive support for the period from September 2026 to January 2027. The benefits package includes accommodation in Warsaw, access to a workspace at the 4CF office, and a monthly financial benefit to cover minor expenses.
Who can apply?
The scholarship is open to foreigners who are second-cycle students or doctoral candidates at EU universities. Proficiency in English is essential, as is holding a right of residence in the EU or an appropriate visa.
We are looking for individuals who navigate fluently through the worlds of statistics, research methodology, and data analysis, or who specialize in behavioral sciences, decision psychology, and choice architecture. If you bridge both worlds—combining an understanding of mathematics and hard data with a deep knowledge of how cognitive biases and interface design shape human choices—you are our ideal candidate.
Why join us?
- Do you want to have a real impact on the development of the world’s most advanced real-time Delphi research platform?
- Are you interested in research methodology, statistics, and data modeling?
- Or are you fascinated by decision psychology and want to optimize interfaces to reduce cognitive bias?
- Do you want to encourage users to explore opposing arguments and protect valuable minority opinions from the pressure of the crowd?
How to apply?
- Applications for the scholarship should be submitted electronically, in English, including a brief self-report, a cover letter, a curriculum vitae (CV), and a description of the research project.
- The application deadline is June 6, 2026. Please send complete applications to: info@4cf.pl.
Kacper Nosarzewski, partner at 4CF, adds: “As Isaac Asimov once said, while problems and catastrophes may be inevitable, their solutions, unfortunately, are not. At 4CF, we believe that collective intelligence is the key to finding these solutions amidst uncertainty. In this edition, we invite our fellow to work with us on the Delphi method, to better understand how to aggregate expert knowledge and transform it into accurate scenarios.”
We invite you to familiarize yourself with the detailed Regulations of the Residency Scholarship “4CF Global Fellowship” of May 7, 2025.
