We all, whether we want to or not, travel into the future, and on every journey it is better to take a good guide – that is why at 4CF we create ‘guides to the future’, or more precisely: to the possible futures, especially the significant and unexpected ones.

• In this work, we are guided by beliefs well verbalised by Roy Amara: 
• The future cannot be predicted. It is necessary to consider what is possible.
• The future is not determined. One should consider what is probable. 
• The future is influenced by the choices one makes. Consider what is desirable.
